Funeral Services for Rich “Critch” Bennett

Gary Ryan

Most recent information that I have on Gary. A lot of people have been asking about visiting, a HOG ride to see him, etc. I have been working almost daily through his daughter and as of last night, they are keeping visitation to only family. She asked Gary about us visiting the other day and he would prefer we not see him when he is not at his best. More to come on that as I correspond with her. As for a benefit for Gary, I am still working on that but have run into a few roadblocks as it pertains to venues and bands. Some of the venues have a price that is so high that we would have to charge a fortune for entrance in order to make any money to help Gary out. Blue Comets have graciously offered their facility at no charge, which is great and I am most thankful for that. Just working out available dates with them and then onto food costs, band, etc. I will definitely need a committee to work on this with me, so if you are interested please let me know as soon as you can. Grateful, Overwhelmed & Thankful

Dear IV HOG Friends, A big and heartful thank you to our IV HOG Family. We were overwhelmed with the amount of cards, phone calls, visits and especially the generosity you’ve shown us. It’s hard to explain the feelings that you get from such an outpouring of concern that was shown to us. It’s amazing how many times some of you have sincerely said “If there’s anything I can do for you, please call me”. We’ve been on the giving end of support for “a biker down” but this is our first time on the receiving end. But, if we’re not on the receiving end again, we won’t be disappointed!
