Chapter Meeting

Director:

Update on Mike Martin.  14 to 16 members going to event.

First Interclub meeting this passed Wednesday.  Elections were held.  I decided not to run for President position.  All officers stayed the same with the exception of the Secretary.

Upcoming Events:

• 3/22 – Terrines And – Beef and Beer fundraiser for Tomlinson Family
• 4/12 – Bacca Bucks County – Live to Ride Event
• 6/2 – Annual Abate Rights Rally in Harrisburg

Blue Comets Events:

• 5/17 – Armed Forces Challenge Run
• 6/8 – Gold Star Mothers

Asked members to start thinking about events for the year.  Also, we should support other organizations as well.

Hoping to pick up the check for the operating money for the club from Freedom Valley next week.

Next Sunday is the Road Captains’ meeting – start thinking about rides.

•  5/25 – Rolling Thunder Chapter XXXVII – Ride for Freedom

Assistant Director:

Discussed coming up with a charity fund raiser event for the club.  Possibly something that correlates with one of our members.

Discussed new laws.

Treasurer

• Separate report on available funds; income and use.

Safety Officer:

• Dress in layers.  No cotton against the skin.  Wear a moisture wicking material for your base layer.
• Remember to check your tire pressure.

Membership:

• 111 members
• 3/1 is the deadline otherwise removed from the member list

Merchandise:

• Running sale on t-shirts – $15.
• All new t-shirts will have pockets.

Webmaster:

• Just a reminder to check your tire pressure
• Will begin posting rides of other clubs on Meet Up

LOH:

• 3/16 – LOH meeting at Bankers
• 3/30 – Bingo at the Moose
• 4/26 or 5/31 – tie-dyeing shirts
• 4/27 & 5/18 – possible LOH meetings
